Boots recently hosted its 50 Year Club awards dinner, celebrating some of its longest serving team members from Boots UK and Boots Opticians, with more than 50 years of continuous service.
Alongside celebrations and recognition with their closest team members in the run up to and after the event, the 50 Year Club members also enjoyed a dinner with Boots and WBA leaders as well as a tour of the Boots site in Nottingham.
The 50 Year Club celebrations come after recent news of Boots' Age Inclusive accreditation from 55/Redefined, demonstrating Boots UK's commitment to equal opportunity in the workplace and growing a culture of openness and inclusivity.
With 80% of its its team members identifying as female, Boots is also supporting age inclusivity through the Boots Menopause Approach, which aims to raise awareness about the menopause and experience at work; create an environment where we can talk openly about the menopause; and empower and enable those experiencing the menopause to get the support they need.
