Prescription tracking and free home delivery for repeat prescriptions at Boots

Boots Online Prescriptions has launched an enhanced prescription service, providing customers with a convenient way to access and manage their medication including free home delivery, a simplified and faster customer sign-up journey, a direct text messaging service and a tracking system that allows patients to see the status of their prescription order at every stage of its journey.

Boots customers using Boots Online Prescriptions can now track their prescription’s journey at every step, from the point of processing right through to delivery or collection. Those signed up can also opt to receive real-time updates via text message at certain points in the delivery process, including when the prescription is ready to collect.

Anne Higgins, Pharmacy Director at Boots, said: "We know our customers are looking for convenient ways to access their repeat prescription medications, which is why we're thrilled to be launching these new updates. Whether customers choose to use the free at home delivery service across England or collect from their local Boots pharmacy, the new text messaging and tracking capabilities make it easier than ever."

With a simplified sign-up journey, customers can now join Boots Online Prescriptions to easily order and manage repeat prescriptions for themselves or on behalf of family members and people they care for.
