At Boots, we are proud to support Pride 2025 and the ways that our customers and team members are getting involved.
In our stores, our team members are supporting Pride with activities in our beauty halls, as well as our Boots Beauty Specialists helping customers getting ready for Pride marches. Events are also being held at our Nottingham Support Office with a number of talks and activities hosted by the Boots Pride Alliance Business Resource Group.
Ahead of Birmingham Pride, with our partners at The King's Trust, we invited young people from the LGBTQ+ community to ‘Get Ready for Pride’ - catch up on the behind the scenes content here:
We’ve also updated our Pride hub on boots.com, which showcases a selection of LGBTQ+ and ally brands and products.
We continue to champion the LGBTQ+ community in meaningful ways. Throughout the year, the Boots Pride Business Resource Group (BRG) has led some brilliant initiatives to raise awareness and understanding, helping to ensure we are always creating an environment where our colleagues and customers feel able to be their best selves.
We are proud to be recognised for our support of the LGBTQ+ community. Last year, Boots and No7 Beauty Company won a Gold award in the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, recognising us as one of the top 100 inclusive employers in the UK. This year, our Pride BRG were shortlisted for the LGBTQIA Network of the Year award at the Rainbow Honours awards.
Through our Pride BRG, we continue to work with Stonewall and access the support and expertise of the Terrence Higgins Trust. We sponsor the Nottingham Lions, Nottingham's only LGBTQIA+ football team, and of course, we remain committed to supporting Pride marches across the country – sponsoring Nottingham Pride for the fourth year.
