Boots is recruiting for thousands of seasonal roles in its stores, warehouses and customer service centre this festive period as it gets ready for its busiest time of the year.
Over 6,000 roles are available to cater to all job-seekers keen to find work in the run up to the holidays, including those looking for flexible and part-time roles. They include:
- 4,000 Christmas Customer Advisors, ensuring shoppers receive the excellent customer experience and expert in-store advice that they expect from Boots
- 1,000 Customer Operations Assistants – hybrid in-store roles to fulfil online orders alongside supporting day-to-day store operations
- 1,600 roles at the Boots Beeston and Burton-on-Trent distribution centres, including Warehouse Operatives and Picker Packers who play a crucial part in customers’ in-store and boots.com orders
- 350 roles in Boots’ Customer Support Centre – supporting customers with their queries, during the busy festive season
The range of roles reflect the variety of ways Boots customers can shop at Boots this festive season, including via boots.com and on-demand delivery partners like UberEats and Deliveroo.
