Attending Digital Health Rewired (14–15 March 2023), Boots will highlight its rapidly growing adoption of innovative technology to deliver vital digital healthcare services.

Digital Health Rewired is an annual festival for anyone wanting to make a difference in UK digital health including NHS and social care, private healthcare, suppliers, start-ups, innovators, policy makers and patients.

Boots will host a stand where delegates can explore the wide range of in store and online healthcare services it delivers and the technology that enables them.

Additionally, Seb James, Boots CEO, will make a keynote speech on the first day of the festival about how the sector can collaborate to better leverage data to improve patient outcomes and lower the cost of care.

Rich Corbridge, Chief Information Officer at Boots, will take part in a panel on the first day of the festival about personalised health on the high street and Marc Donovan, Boots’ Director of Healthcare Development and Public Affairs will take part in a panel on the second day of the festival about digital clinical safety.

Rich Corbridge, Chief Information Officer at Boots, said: “ We have invested so much over the last couple of years in our digital health offering for patients, as well as in our deployment of the latest technologies that make our healthcare operations more streamlined. We can’t wait to talk to delegates about what we’re doing and how we can partner in the future to deliver the best outcomes for patients.”

Boots now offers 125 healthcare services via its online Boots Health Hub. Many of these services are digital first, like its Boots Online Doctor Service, which is now in growth. Boots is also using innovative technology in its healthcare operations. Last year, Boots completed a drone delivery of prescription medicines in a UK first.

Boots will be at Digital Health Rewired (14–15 March 2023) on stand VG3 and VG4. Boots will be joined on its stand by partners including LumiraDx, My Menopause Centre, No 7, Our Future Health and Swiftqueue.
