Boots is making it even easier for customers to get health and beauty products when they need them by extending the hours of its on-demand delivery service up to midnight.  

Boots has the widest range of health, beauty and wellness essentials available via on-demand delivery platforms, with almost 10,000 products available on Uber Eats and Deliveroo, which often arrive in as little as 20 minutes. 

Amongst the most popular products customers order at Boots via on-demand delivery platforms include medicines to relieve the symptoms of colds, flu and hay fever and treatment for thrush. Also popular are items customers need urgently – from pregnancy tests and baby milk to last-minute gifts such as fragrance and premium beauty. 

The top best-selling items via Boots instant delivery include: 

• Pregnancy tests from Clearblue and Boots Brand 

• Baby formula such as Aptamil First Infant Milks   

• Acne support, including the Hero Mighty Patch Duo  

• Upset stomach relief from Pepto Bismol 

• Thrush treatment such as Canesten Thrush Combi 

• Cold and flu relief Lemsip Max  

• Hay fever relief from Allevia  

• Stop smoking support like Nicorette Quickmist  

The extended hours are being trialled in ten of Boots’ busiest central London stores, which serve over two million customers and patients.  

Paula Bobbett, Chief Digital Officer at Boots, said: “We know our customers’ lives don’t stop at 6pm, and neither should their access to essentials – whether that’s medicine for a poorly child, a forgotten gift, or an evening skincare top-up. By extending our instant delivery hours through Uber Eats and Deliveroo, we’re giving customers more flexibility and convenience when they need it most.”

Boots first partnered with Deliveroo in 2021 and expanded the service to Uber Eats in 2023. The extended hours trial is the latest example of how Boots is investing in digital and delivery innovation to meet the changing needs of its customers. 

London customers can check the Uber Eats and Deliveroo apps to see if their local Boots store is participating in the late-night delivery trial.
