Boots is proud to receive the Long-Term Impact Honour in Menopause Friendly’s fourth birthday honours.
On giving the honour, Menopause in the Workplace said: “Boots and No7 Beauty Company were one of the first to take action, recognising the importance of supporting colleagues through menopause well before it became a widespread conversation.
“But more than that, you've continued to build, embed and grow your support, reaching more people across your organisation and making menopause awareness part of everyday culture. Your commitment hasn’t wavered. You’ve shown what it means to turn early action into long-term impact, and your leadership has inspired others to follow your example.”

In 2022, Boots was the first health and beauty retailer in the UK to receive the Menopause Friendly Employer accreditation. However, we’ve been committed to helping our colleagues and customers to take control of their menopause journey from as early as the 1950s.
