28 May 2026: Boots, the UK’s favourite beauty retailer1, today opened its new beauty-only concept store in Bristol in the latest stage of its ongoing beauty transformation. Bringing what Boots does best across beauty, the new Boots Beauty store showcases more than 200 leading and emerging brands across skincare, haircare, fragrance, cosmetics, premium beauty, wellness and electrical beauty. The store is the second of its kind and the first outside of London, following the successful launch of the initial Boots Beauty concept store at Battersea Power Station in December 2023.
The 11,000 sq ft store offers a reimagined retail space with trend-led discovery edits, a dedicated wellness zone, high street exclusive ranges and immersive experiences that invite customers to engage with beauty in a completely new way. And with Bristol fast becoming a hotspot for beauty - Boots Advantage Card data reveals Bristol-based customers shop more regularly and spend more on beauty than many other cities, particularly across skincare, fragrance and premium beauty2 - the store will become a major beauty destination for customers across the South West.

Paul Niezawitowski, Beauty Director at Boots said: “Boots is on a beauty mission! Our new store represents the next step in our transformation journey, giving us the perfect stage to showcase the best of Boots in one of the country’s most vibrant and creative cities. We are confident Boots Beauty will become Bristol’s number one beauty destination and be a must-visit for beauty lovers near and far.
“With a curated edit of over 200 brands, a specialist team and immersive experiences, we’re proud to be creating a space that not only showcases the very best in beauty, skincare, wellness and perfumery, but also makes it more accessible, inviting and inspiring for all.”
A key part of Boots beauty transformation has centred on refreshing its brand lineup, with a commitment to offer the most in-demand and trending beauty brands for customers. With 60 new and trending beauty brands landing at Boots last year, its brand accelerator programme, Boots Ignite, continues to bring emerging brands to its shelves faster than ever before.
Leading brands at Boots Bristol include One/Size, Wonderskin and Kylie Cosmetics, alongside new brands never seen before at Boots, such as C-Beauty brand Flower Knows, and UK high street exclusive ranges. Shoppers in Bristol will be the very first to touch, test, swatch and play with new-to-Boots brand P.Louise, ahead of the wider launch on Friday 29 May. The beauty brand founded by professional make-up artist and social media sensation Paige Louise Williams features a Lip Oil Creation Station where customers can create their own product.

Following the launch of the hugely successful Boots Fragrance boutique last year in London, the new Bristol store also includes a dedicated space for fragrance fans to explore a curated selection of niche and luxury scents, including Tom Ford Private Blend and BALMAIN.
As Boots sees sales of K-Beauty rise over 5x in a year3, the store also features a huge range of Korean skin and haircare brands, including Beauty of Joseon, Anua and Medicube. Until 19 July, the store will be home to an interactive Korean and Japanese Beauty Airlines pop-up, with prizes and giveaways for lucky customers.
Drawing insight from the Battersea store, Boots Beauty Bristol also offers a range of complimentary expert services, from scalp health consultations to advanced skin imaging and analysis. Boots Beauty Crew and Wellness Specialists are on hand to provide tailored, brand-agnostic product recommendations and express makeup services. The Battersea store was also the first to offer a dermatologist-trained pharmacist, and since launch has offered thousands of personalised consultations on skin concerns and conditions to customers for free. Over 790 Boots pharmacists nationwide have since undertaken the advanced dermatology training and are offering clinical skin care support accessibly on high streets across the UK, including at Boots Beauty in Bristol.
To celebrate the opening of Boots Beauty Bristol, there are a number of promotions and offers available across the weekend. Customers will be treated to exclusive savings and can play the Boots Beauty Fruit Machine with any £20 purchase for a chance of winning prizes. Boots Beauty is located on the lower ground floor of Cabot Circus, Unit 37, Broadmead, Bristol, BS1 3BF.
