Alice Rafferty

Alice Rafferty is Senior Buying Manager in Premium Beauty at Boots UK.

With two years in her current role, Alice has overseen the launch of new beauty halls across the UK and the launch of cult beauty brands at Boots such as Fenty, Huda and Morphe.

Alice started working at Boots after graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University. In her 10 years at the company, Alice has held multiple roles in buying and e-commerce, covering a diverse range of product areas from cosmetics and skincare to mother and baby.

Alice’s expertise and experience of Boots and the wider beauty industry gives her exceptional knowledge and customer insight, helping Boots to answer the beauty needs of the nation. Her leadership was also instrumental in Boots winning ‘Best Beauty Retailer’ at the Sunday Times Beauty Awards 2021.
