The UK’s most trusted beauty brand1 launches striking new cosmetics campaign
 
 

Today sees the launch of a new colour cosmetics campaign from No7. Using bold and vibrant colours from its vast collection of cosmetics, the campaign is a real celebration of British beauty, inspiring women to experience their ‘Ta Dah!’ moment. 
 
Discovering a new look with make-up, or trying something new can evoke so many different emotions for women.  The ambition of this powerful campaign is to allow women to tell their story through their own voice, and encourage other women to experience it too. With no air-brushing or re-touching, the campaign shows the range of positive looks and emotions women can experience; from modern to bold to adventurous.
 
 Aged between 25 and 55, the women featuring in the campaign have been ‘street cast’ from all walks of life, including a charity worker and a nurse; but they have one thing in common, the positive emotions they experience when trying No7 cosmetics.
 
One of the women, Katie, charity Programme Manager, commented: “I felt quite different after I’d tried a new look - I felt adventurous. Ahead of the shoot I was very curious and didn’t know what to expect, but it’s amazing to try new colours, step out of my natural comfort zone, and embody a bit more of myself and who I am. It was incredible to see the finished look.” 
 
Another woman featuring in the campaign, Ade, banking Compliance Officer, added: “I was hoping to have a wow moment and was looking forward to seeing what make-up can do for me and I wasn’t disappointed.  Afterwards, I felt like a different person, amazing – really fantastic. It’s great to see what happens when you apply some colour. I felt in control.”

Elizabeth Fagan, Marketing Director, Boots UK, said: “No7 is a British brand drawing on over 70 years of experience in cosmetics, and today sees the start of a celebration of colour. Our ambition is to represent real women showing how they feel when they try out a new look, be it a slick of lipstick or a sweep of blusher. We want to encourage women to release their inner ‘Ta Dah!’.
