Boots UK’s beauty consultations have gone virtual

With so many women continuing their beauty regimes during lockdown, Boots has launched an innovative virtual beauty consultation service, offering customers free premium beauty advice from the comfort of their own homes.

With three 15-minute personalised appointments to choose from, customers can now receive expert skincare, make-up, and self-care advice from the Boots Beauty Crew by telephone or video service. From product recommendations to application tips, the expert team will guide them through the bespoke session, and follow up with an email summary of recommendations.

Whether customers want to refresh the contents of their make-up bag, revitalise their skin, or relax and unwind with self-care solutions, the bespoke service uses the premium brands everyone knows and loves, including Fenty Beauty, Huda Beauty, Morphe, Clinique, Ole Henrikson, Liz Earle, and Rituals, to name but a few!

This innovative new service follows the news that beauty is back at Boots. Introducing a new safety-first shopping experience, Boots Beauty Specialists will now be able to offer touch-free consultations in store as part of Boots UK’s plans to re-open its beauty halls.

2024 marks Boots’ 175th anniversary year. Founder John Boot opened a herbalist store in Nottingham in 1849 to offer an affordable alternative to traditional medicines.
