Boots is reinventing its beauty experience. From April, customers will experience a new and inspirational beauty hall, be able to get fabulous advice from brand new Beauty Specialists, and shop more of the industry's most innovative brands and products for the first time with us.
Boots UK has been helping customers to look good, stay well and feel better for 170 years. We are well aware that heritage is not enough for today's customer and Boots is reinventing itself, its beauty offering and its in-store experience.
New Beauty Halls
Next month, Boots will refit 24 of its biggest beauty halls, becoming the first premium high street retailer to remove traditional beauty counters and replace them with trending zones, discovery areas, and live demonstration areas. Customers will be able to browse and play with all the latest products (and cult classics).
Introducing Boots Beauty Specialists
To complement its existing brand experts, Boots is also introducing Boots Beauty Specialists, in response to beauty shoppers wanting to find unique beauty solutions across many brands, rather than one-brand solutions. Over 200 Beauty Specialists will start next month in stores around the country. Each of our amazing beauty fanatics will undergo immersive training not only on the products, but also in really understanding the motivations of the person they are talking to and helping them to achieve their goals of looking and feeling great, inside and out.
Expanding the current beauty portfolio
Boots is the only high street beauty retailer that offers the full range from ultra-premium beauty to everyday cosmetics under one roof. Boots already has the largest choice of beauty products in the UK, but, in addition to its existing brands, it will be launching 20 new beauty brands in the next 6 months. 805 products alone will be launched throughout April and May with even more exciting products and brands throughout the year.

Boots will showcase these exciting plans at the GLAMOUR Beauty Festival which starts this Friday, where guests at the festival will be able to experience some of the latest products available at Boots, and get a first look and feel for some of the new furniture that will be going into stores. New Boots Beauty Specialists will also be on hand to speak to readers and offer unbiased beauty advice.
