Introducing the NEW No7 Match Made skin tone analysis App

In the UK, many women don’t feel confident finding the right foundation match with over three quarters (78%) revealing that they would change their current foundation if they could find a better colour match. Whilst 57% of UK women are happy to seek advice on the perfect foundation match from an in-store beauty consultant, No7 knows that everyone is different when it comes to how they like to get their beauty advice. To put all women in control of how they show up in their world, No7 has launched the No7 Match Made skin tone analysis App, a new virtual service, which helps women find the foundation shade that is ‘just right’ for them, from the comfort of their own home.

Using the advanced colour calibration of the No7 Match Made skin tone analysis Card, (available free in all Boots stores and delivered with all beauty orders from 18.09*) the app cleverly uses advanced colour recognition to reveal women’s No7 skin-true shade.  

Once the app is downloaded, achieving confidence through the perfect shade is easy…

  1. Pick up a No7 Match Made skin tone analysis Card
  2. Hold the analysis card against the jaw line and take three separate pictures of both sides of the face.
  3. Discover the skin-true shade that is right for you and view your No7 Match Made foundation choices on or find your nearest No7 counter to discover more

No7 know that beauty isn’t just about looking good - it’s about feeling confident in your makeup choices, and ready to take on the world. 93% of women who have tried the No7 Match Made skin tone analysis App agreed they would feel more confident in the foundation shade selected for them, and were satisfied that the chosen shade was suited to their natural skin tone.

In the coming months, women will also be able to use the No7 Match Made skin tone analysis App to discover the No7 lipsticks and blushers that are most flattering to their skin tone, so that they’re completely READY to get out there and make an impact.
