Our process

Within Boots UK, progress against CSR issues is managed by our Retail CSR Action Group, chaired by Steve Duncan, Executive Chairman, Health and Beauty. Steve is also a member of the Alliance Boots Board, and regularly reports progress through to the Alliance Boots social responsibilities committee chaired by Ornella Barra, Chief Executive, Pharmaceutical Wholesale Division. Our CSR programme is based on four key areas of activity - Community, Environment, Marketplace and Workplace.
